The Baracaviar selection of caviar comes from the best sturgeons farms. These farms are lakes surrounded by forests and mountains. These are semi-wild farms, where the water is controlled and checked every day to ensure the best environment for sturgeons.
Our caviar is processed according to the malossol method which guarantees the best quality method of preserving caviar and fish roe.

Baracaviar was created by Marc Farshidi, a caviar passionate and expert. Marc is always looking for the best quality caviars throughout the world. His trained palate can distinguish the good caviar from the very best caviar.
Baracaviar offers caviar from three species of sturgeons, which are renowned for their quality and taste throughout the world: Sevruga, Ossetra and Beluga sturgeons. We only select caviar from these three species.
